Overnight Shipping
- Order by 1 p.m. ET Mon–Fri, get it the next business day. Note: Because of the impact of COVID-19 on our carriers, your order may arrive later than usual.

- Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday or any time Saturday or Sunday will deliver in 2 business days.
- Weekend deliveries are currently unavailable.

Wholesale Bulk Orders
- If you are a larger wholesale buyer with multiple products contact your sales representative upon order or quote approval for shipping times
- For freight pickup, your weights and dimensions will be available once your order prep is complete and will be provided by your sales representative.
- All orders are shipped FOB Shipper. Once product is picked up by your freight company Buybackstore is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
- For FOB Destination orders special arrangements are made and all orders must be fully insured at your expense.
Returns Processing
- All orders are tracked and information on their status is provided in the account section of our website.
- Simply drop down to My Account / Sales Orders for all information
- If your order is processed from muliptle warehosues you will see delivery tickets from each fulfillment process
- Returns can be processed through the My Account page.

- Note: There are no returns allowed on product sold as-is for parts consumption (ie. Failed Product, FMIP/Google Locked product)

- IMEI matching is required for all device returns.
- Customer abused items or water damaged items are not accepted for return.
