Our Return Policy:

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item.

Condition: To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
Electronics (Phones, Tablets, Smart Watches, Modems, etc.):

90-Day Warranty: All electronic items graded as Grade A, Grade B, Grade C, or Grade C- come with a 90-day warranty.

IMEI / Serial Number Validation: We require the original IMEI (serial number) to be returned. Upon return, we'll verify that the serial number matches what was originally shipped.

Cosmetic Condition: Devices must be returned in the same cosmetic condition as they were shipped. For example, if a phone is dropped and the screen breaks, it will not be eligible for a return.

Data & Security: All data must be cleared from the device, and security measures like iCloud and Google Lock must be removed. If this step is not completed, we will return the device to you to reset before processing the refund.
