We realize at times you'll need to return or exchange your item.  We have in place a completely self-sufficient returns portal that allows you to process your own returns and exchanges easily all we need is your zip code and order number. 

Our process is simple, we allow a return on any item for 14 days after delivery.  We request that the product is returned in its original packaing and condition. 

On phones, tablets, smart watches, and modems, we require that the original IMEI (Serial Number) is returned to us.  We will validate that serial number upon return to assure it matches what we sent out.  Additionally, these devices are only eligible for return in the same cosmetic condition under which they shipped.  For example, if you happen to drop a phone, and break the screen, that is not eligible for return. All data MUST be cleared from the device and any security measures (iCloud, Google Lock) must be removed and the device reset.  If not we will require it to be returned to you for this procedure before we can issue a refund.
